BRABUS performance increases are achieved by means of a processor-controlled additional control unit for the engine electronics, with newly tuned ignition and injection maps through to new BRABUS special turbochargers with a larger compressor unit in the PowerXtra 820 performance kit. There is no change in the pollutant classification and the CO2 emission, the factory safety functions to protect the engine and the drive train remain. Of course, all BRABUS performance upgrades come with a parts certificate and a 3-year BRABUS Tuning Guarantee®.
